The views from the pool were amazing. The convenience of the mini bar was a nice touch, nice for easy snacking. Plus, the staff were great at arranging Tuk-Tuks for quick jaunts into town-a lifesaver with a toddler in tow!

Unfortunately, the hotel looks way better on photos than in real life. The indoor facilities could use some sprucing up. Our room had mold issues and poor Wi-Fi. Plus, breakfast left much to be desired, with little variety pushing us to enjoy local eats in Guatapé instead.

Had a relaxing stay during a public holiday, everything was beautiful. I appreciated the room with balcony. Having a shower and towels was a bonus.

Luxury hotel with big rooms, amazing views over the lake. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Kind, amicable staff, stunning location near to Guatape, areas around the reception desk and Piedra Del Penol. Also, next to the river. Amazing pool, parking on-site. Not to mention fast wifi! Great stay, as always.

I faced some significant issues. There was no hot water in my room for the first day, and on the second day, the water completely stopped. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. The indoor facilities need some serious maintenance, with noticeable mold in the bathroom from poor ventilation. For what I paid, I expected a much better experience.

The hotel needs serious maintenance!!! The walls in the room are outdated and cracked, the sink feels unstable, and there is no backup plan for outdoor services in rainy weather. Fixing up the outdoor space wouldn't hurt either!!!

The staff were very accommodating. I was really impressed with the heated jacuzzi and the meals that came included, they were honestly pretty good!

The King Room with Balcony was cool! It had a huge comfy bed and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Plus, the minibar had lots of snacks. There was a tv and nice outdoor furniture on the balcony for chilling. The way the pool area felt was just so relaxing. Spa facilities were also a nice touch.

The front desk attendant went out of his way to help me when my reserved room wasn't available, moving me to a lovely sister hotel. I enjoyed unwinding in the sauna and taking a dip in the swimming pool-both were great ways to relax after a long day. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but that didn't take away from my experience 😊

We really enjoyed our time here; this place is so fancy and totally met our needs. All the staff here were incredibly friendly and awesome. Plus, the food they served was top-notch! 🌟
